The Combine-o-Matic is a Pets vs. Coins Garden machine added in Pet Simulator 99 Update 87. BIG Games says players put eligible current-event inputs into the machine, select a pet type, and can receive stronger variants. That description confirms the feature, not a complete permanent recipe or probability table.
Treat every batch as an irreversible inventory decision unless the current interface explicitly says otherwise. The live machine panel is authoritative for eligible inputs, quantity, selected output, costs, variants, and chances.
Identify the correct machine
Enter the active Garden through the current event route and confirm the interface title says Combine-o-Matic. Do not confuse it with the Garden Fuse Machine, normal-world Fuse Machine, Gold or Rainbow conversion, or another event’s crafting system.
Read the complete on-screen explanation. Note each eligible input category, required quantity, selected pet type, possible result variants, currency or token cost, and any chance display.
If Update 87 content is no longer active, the machine may be unavailable or archived. Do not buy inputs based on an old guide until the current entrance and interface are verified.
Protect inventory before selecting
Lock every active lane defender, rare or strong variant, mission requirement, collection pet, planned trade, and pet needed for a complete seven-lane formation. Separate the intended batch by exact name and variant.
Check whether the machine’s auto-selection includes strongest, weakest, newest, or unlocked pets. If the order is unclear, select manually or test with low-value eligible inputs.
Take a screenshot of inventory and the completed input panel before an expensive batch. Reopen the machine if a server update occurs or any label changes.
Choose the pet type
Select for a known progression need: improve the weakest lane, add depth to all seven lanes, prepare for Coin Bosses, complete a mission, or pursue a collection goal. A visually rare target is not automatically the best defender.
Compare the live target tooltip with current pets. Consider whether the expected ordinary result improves the team, not only whether the strongest possible variant would.
Keep enough event resources for plots, Garden Upgrades, boosts, rebirth, Super Rebirth, and future mission steps. The machine competes with the rest of Garden progression.
Review input and outcome risk
Count the selected inputs one by one and verify variants. Compare their combined lane utility and trade value with the target’s ordinary result. If the batch would remove a working lane team, rebuild first.
Read any displayed chance or variant language literally. Do not infer hidden luck, boosts, gamepasses, enchant effects, or pity behavior. Test whether a current event upgrade affects the machine only when the UI says so or controlled observations support it.
For low-volume results, RAP may be unstable. Do not justify a bad progression conversion solely from a new pet’s headline market reference.
Run a controlled batch
Start with the smallest low-risk valid batch when learning the system. Record date, exact inputs, selected pet type, active event upgrades, result, and variant. This is a personal observation, not a published global rate.
Place the result in the intended lane and benchmark it. If it improves the failure point, repeat only while protected reserves and team depth remain healthy.
Stop after an unexpected interface or output change. Recheck official updates and current community observations before risking stronger pets.
Compare with Garden Fuse
The Garden Fuse Machine was introduced in Update 86, while Combine-o-Matic arrived in Update 87. Use the Fuse system when its current recipe and output better fit the pet batch; use Combine-o-Matic when its selectable target and visible possibilities justify the inputs.
Do not assume the machines share eligible pools, mastery credit, variants, costs, or output rules. Compare both live panels on the same server version.
Sometimes the best action is neither. Keeping defenders, selling tradable inputs, or waiting for the next upgrade can preserve more value than conversion.
Troubleshoot the machine
If a pet is ineligible, check event identity, lock state, variant, equipped or placed status, and whether it belongs to the current Garden. Remove it from lanes only after protecting coverage.
If the expected target is absent, verify progression, Update 87 access, and current machine rotation or rules shown in-game. Do not use an exploit or script to force eligibility.
For a surprising result, preserve screenshots and reread the exact wording. A possible variant does not guarantee a specific output. Report genuine technical issues through current official channels without harassing other players.
